- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. taco seasoning
- 8 leaves Bibb lettuce, rinsed (or lettuce of your choice)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Brown ground lean beef on the stove, then stir in taco seasoning. In a lettuce leaf, layer beef, onion, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Mix up your tacos and switch any other protein source like chicken, pork, turkey or even fish. Be mindful that switching the protein will alter the nutritional facts.
